"All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel and my room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfy, amazing AC and fan and great water pressure in the shower. I will definitely stay here again"

"It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad...

"This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly.
