"Well first of all the staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. For me the location was excellent with plenty of places to walk, multiple supermarkets within easy walking distance and several place to order good food. Speaking of food, the Beef and Guinness pie served here was excellent. One thing, the car navigation system in the car I leased (a VW Golf Hybrid 8 SE from Europcar) not only couldn't locate the place, in fact it couldn't find Station street in Bangor at all (this has happened...
"The water pressure in the third floor shower is terrible. The internet only worked half of the time. Breakfast menu is limited.
The staff were kind and it is in a good location."
"It is not mobility friendly.it is near the sea not front. Facing.but I use a walker and though I needed to have three bedroom it was not explained that it's not suitable for me and there is no lift I struggled to get to/from attic room with all my luggage but we managed.
It was overcome and okay, but not a smooth holiday for us!"
"Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved."
"It’s a typical British hotel, a bit tired and old. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable. But the walls are so thin, that you hear everything from the next room, even the light switch being turned on. The bathroom is a cupboard in the bedroom, it’s long and thin, someone had designed it to just about fit in a sink, a shower and a wc without leaving any space for a person to fit in as well. To go past the sink into the shower area you really need to squeeze past it, there is no room to...
"Sorry but not a nice stay. The hallway/ stairway actually stinks of urine,so much so that my 4 year old grandson commented every time we entered or left,I would not recommend this place to anyone. My two grandsons share the double bed,the bedroom was the cleanest part of the apartment, which left me with a damp stained sofa bed,no thanks,I had to sleep on the unfolded sofa in my clothes, which made me feel scratty all the time, not a very nice weekend at all, just under £200 for 2 nights, not worth...
"Lovely property in the middle of the town. Very comfortable and lots of good awards so excellent breakfast. They weren’t serving dinner that night but the hotel next door were and we had a delicious meal. Recommended"
