We did not request housekeeping service, but they came into our room twice to service the room anyway & switched the TV from English to Spanish. They served the same breakfast every day. No pool was available, but they had a nice gym."

"I had a reservation for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was no rooms with king size beds available and was asked if a full size would be ok...unfortunately it is to small be ause my husband is 6ft.4in tall and would hang off a full size bed. The front desk lady was amazing and upgraded our room to a suite so we would have the king size bed. It's little things like that that make your stay more enjoyable. "

"It was close to salt palace, coffee, food and transportation. The room and bath were very clean. The bathroom was large but the room a bit small. Daily room service available. The elevator was fast but a bit creaky."
