"Our reservations at Hotel Falier was great and everything went very smoothly. The staff (Julia) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located adjacent to one of the canals, not to far from the "terminal station" (drop off point) that you can walk from...with only two bridges to cross. The hotel is also located within a nice shopping area for restaurants and a variety of shops. All in all we were very satisied with our choice to stay at Hotel Falier. "

"Hotel was in a good location, the staff was very friendly and recommended us places. The rooms were great. But on our second night, the AC went out and we had to sleep thru an extremely warm room with open windows that let in a million mosquitos. We had it fixed the next day after asking 3 times if we could get it fixed. Other than that, I think it’s a good spot "
