"This is a nice, obviously older, and a bit out dated property. There is no breakfast or lots of amenities. Having said that, all rooms are ocean facing, it is right in the boardwalk, it’s clean, and the staff are helpful. The cost is reflective of all this, so if you are there to be close to the beach, in walking distance of decent restaurants, and to spend your money on the sights and restaurants, not a super fancy motel- this is the place for you. I would note one thing that I definitely did...
