"I have already mentioned my comments on the awful experience on check in the morning the manager apologized profusely but did not offer any remedy for the way I was treated and berated. Some kind of discount or even a refund would have been appreciated. I was not looking for a free nights stay so I paid my bill, but more than an apology would have been appreciated."
