"The staff members were very disrespectful. They don’t tell you that you need to deposit $100 in CASH for everyone that is under 24 years old. They didn’t have any instructions on how to get to your room. The parking lot was also very hard to get into. If you asked the staff any questions they show attitude and act like they don’t want to respond. Overall the experience staying there was a 0/10. If you’re under the sage of 24 and want to stay at this hotel I would recommend to keep $100 in CASH....

"The room was outdated and no phone in the room. The bathroom shower had paint peeling and towels were not clean. We had to ask for extra towels in order to get clean ones to use. The elevator was dirty and only one running for the entire building. I will definitely let my family and friends know not to spend their money on this horrible hotel."

"This was a last minute hotel for me and my family and it was perfect it’s clean has a kitchen and a lot of space for family this hotel has a indoor and outdoor pool even beach access I just wish we got a room with balcony ocean view other than that amazing trip"

"Totally not satisfied with what I bought. I bought an ocean view with balcony to be able to relax with the view and breeze of the ocean. We were totally unable to use the balcony as many balconies below were occupied by pot smokers. I got up at 6 am to try to enjoy sunrise and they were already out smoking. I tried going out late at night and it was the same situation. I honestly think we deserve a discount coupon for such unpleasant experience. I know the beach is out of the property's...

"I would not recommend staying here. Floors were greasy, beds smelled, bathroom was constantly flooded. Bathroom sink filled up every time someone else in the other room would flush or use running water. After we came back from the beach, weed smell filled our room from neighbors. Worst place to stay. There were drunks below that were very loud. I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old that could not sleep during the night due to how loud they were. Our bathtub was completely disgusting. I gave my...
