"The hotel is very quiet. The hotel is old but they keep it very clean. The best part is that we get to see Mount Fuji in our room and from the outdoor onsen. There are 1 cold water tank and 4 types of onsen for women, 2 outdoor, 2 indoor. The onsen is very nice. Staff members are very friendly. One of them can speak Cantonese. This hotel is recommended. I definitely will book this hotel next time when I come back to Fujikawaguchiko."

"The staff were, friendly, helpful and willing. The place itself was spotlessly clean, both my room and the facilities. It is within an easy walk of the train and bus stations as well as Kawaguchiko Lakeside. I couldn't have asked for better accommodation, would definitely stay there again."

"Me and friends stayed in 1 bedroom with 3 futons for 3 nights, the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. As a hostel, there are many tourist and bag-packers and don't care much about cleaning the communal spaces but someone from the hostel came to clean every day, and that was very good! The hostel provides, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and washing and drying cloth. Location is perfect! very close to the Kawaguchiko station. I think is a very good hostel. thank you"

"What a beautiful hotel! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with hot beverage choices and the staff was so kind. There is no elevator but the staff offered to carry our bags to the room. The room was HUGE which was a very nice surprise. Beautiful tatami, even more beautiful view. Then, the outdoor onsen was a delight. It felt like we had the whole space to ourselves. We were extremely lucky and would happily book again!"

"We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather. The room was also extremely spacious and clean. "Very close to Kawaguchiko station. Clean and tidy. Has a microwave, a mini fridge and a kettle with a few options for tea. There are two convenience stores about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and Lake Kawaguchiko is about a 15 minute walk. Staff aren’t present on the property outside of cleaning (I think) which worked okay. We checked in and out by a tablet at the entrance. The bunk bed we had wasn’t super comfortable, but overall the place is definite worth the price. It was unfortunate...

"Fantastic stay, highly recommend. Area around property is very quiet, with at minimum a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants or convenience stores. Great views of Mount Fuji can be seen from the property, or anywhere in Fujiyoshida for that matter. Host doesn't speak English, but is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean amongst other languages. She's super helpful and accommodating."
