"I loved my stay here. As two foreigners, communication and navigation were challenging. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful even before we flew out. Fresh food from the farm plus the perfect view of the mountains from the pool and cabin. I stayed for five days and got the taste of authentic Colombian daily life that I wanted. If I had the time, I would have stayed longer. Only thing I didn't expect was unheated showers, but I've learned that's pretty common in the country."

"Pésimo, el personal administrativo, muy mal servicio, no identificaron mi reserva, me negaron la entrada al hotel, me hablaron muy mal de hoteles.com. Dicen que nunca les pagan, y no me dieron la habitación. Me comuniqué con hoteles.com y dijeron que iban a gestionar el reembolso de mi dinero y no me lo han solucionado. Pésima experiencia. Pésimo Hotel Además en un pueblo lucho donde no hay muchas opciones donde hospedarse, tuve que conseguir un Airbnb, pasé terrible noche. "

First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic.
