"Poor hotel,need cleaning and painting refreshments. Poor breakfast. No helpful, ask for printing, no printer. Room very small. No pressure on hose for cleaning toilet. In front of mosque,using high speaker for prayers very often. The floor is carpet dirty "

"When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."
