"I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

Location is very far from the center and the town you must have a car, it's close to a nice beach but Kos has great beaches everywhere. Room cleanliness was less then average, they provide only 2 towels and 1 bath mat, no aminities at all (soap, shower gel, shampoo..)...
