"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"There was initial disagreement over how many rooms we had booked that would have been resolved quickly if a representative of the hotel were on premises. "Very friendly staff, who also help me get some laundry done. What never I needed she was so gracious in helping me. We had a nice room with a view of the beach. Breakfast was made to order and homemade bake goods that were excellent. "
