"Alley garden hotel is exactly that.A hotel tucked away in the back of an alley but to be honest, this is exactly why I believe this hotel is a hidden gem. Hidden away from all the hustle and bustle that is the vibrant streets of hanoi's old quarter. Perfect distance to keep all the noise at bay. The staff always greeted me with a big smile and always willing to help. The room was exceptionally clean. Thick towels and a comfortable bed really helped to relax after a chaotic day, walking around in...

"We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and want to warn other travelers. We booked Luxe Paradise Hotel Truong Chinh through Expedia based on the photos and description shown on the listing. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room looked nothing like the photos that were advertised online. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The couch and furniture were visibly stained and looked like they had not been properly cleaned. There were leaks in the room, and the overall...

"Overall good value for the price. Ideally located in Old Quarter, close to everything. Stayed in the triple private room, a little run down but charming. Clean, fresh towels, solid vibe. "

"Our travel plans for April 2025 included a 10-day stay in Vietnam, where I had booked a property for myself and two friends from 5 to 14 April. Prior to our arrival, attempts to contact the property via the provided Vietnam contact number went unanswered. Concerned, we sought assistance from lastminute.com staff, who confirmed that calls were ringing but remained unresponsive. Trusting that the situation would resolve itself, we proceeded with our trip. According to the booking terms, the...
