"The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂"

She absolutely loved it and stayed there during our 5 day stay while I had business to handle. She loves being near the water and although the place was set back a little from the water... it was great for her and the time she spent there. "Magnificent! Quiet, wooded setting on Gould Pond. Cozy house with cabin feel. Our stay was in winter with a fresh coating of snow on the frozen pond. DEFINITELY recommend!"

"The home was just as advertised and close to Lake Sunapee. It was a very short walk to town which was key for us. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating."
