"The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no indication on the website or Expedia that that was the case. Very disappointing. I chose HI Express because of the pool for my grandkids who live in Campbellsville, KY. I could have stayed for $50 leass at Best Western (pool was not open until June 30)."

"They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation."
