"We stayed at this hotel hoping for a comfortable visit, but it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Upon settling into our room, we discovered bedbugs — and unfortunately, our entire family got bitten. The bites appeared overnight and left us with painful, itchy welts that lasted for days. The room was clearly not inspected or cleaned properly before our arrival. There was no attempt by the staff to address the issue when we reported it, and no compensation or apology was offered....

"Hotel was a lovely example of the history and architecture in old Quebec. Our room was spacious and bright. Hotel Manager was very helpful. Beware though, that there are no elevators and carrying suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs can be a challenge."
