"The coffee maker was not clean"

"The property is clean and well maintained. One suggestion is to put coffee makers in the rooms. It would be nice for us early morning coffee drinkers to have that option since the lobby doesn’t open until 8AM where there is a machine."

"AC worked good breakfast was ok staff very friendly and helpful finding the property was easy walking distance to downtown and convention center. We would stay here again."

"Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"

"Undesirable when you first drive up and see it.no curb appeal whatsoever. Its just 2 parking lot with a lot of weeds coming through the .cracks and edges. Terrible smell when we walked in. I think it was their cleaning supplies. It was much stronger in our rooms. We opened the windows wide to get rid of smell. Our first impression was not good. Their spa was not working. The pool and sauna were. . They looked ok but we didnt make use of them. The room was clean but desperately needs...

"Great location and view . Close to everything. Pool was in tip top condition and sauna. Kids loved the hot tub."

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."

"A great stop while heading south"

"I loved the space, it was really pretty and relaxing. However, the staff neglected our safety by possibly double booking ? We aren’t even sure what happed to have someone have another room key and managed to come in to our room at midnight. We were left feeling violated and scared at night and the staff was no help they had a number on there site for after hours and they did not contact us . We only found out by a possible worker that wasn’t sure what was going on after . The only nice thing is...

"It was "fine". That is, the bed didn't break, the door locked, and things were reasonably clean. Beyond that, I don't have much positive to say. There was mold in the bathroom, daylight shone through the reveal around the door, the TV turned on but was stuck on a color-swapped Fox News, and they tried to save pieces of flooring during renovation (estimated at 40 years ago) by spacing out the flooring so much that you think you're walking in a cattle guard. Just be aware that you get what you pay...

"They don’t respect the no smoking"

"Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"
