"No words, really horrible experience from the check-in until departure. Very unfriendly staff, who ignore guests, bed sheets filthy, shower a horrorshow. Sleep not possible due to extremly loud talking throughout the entire night at the check in area. Sounded as if we were in a brothel. "

"This is a small boutique hotel on the 2nd floor or an office type access building- there is not entry lobby it is a one floor up on the elevator. I did not know what to expect and I was reluctant, but soon enough loved this location across the street from the Milano Central train station and surrounded by great food places.
Great location/convenient and great value. The reception day/night were superb- Loved this, clean and worth it- Thank you!"
