"We chose this hotel because the rating was 8.8/10. That is not even close. I ask the gentleman how much it was a night, which was more than Expedia. He said then you should book online. So I stood at the front desk and booked it while he looked at his phone. The room appeared clean, except for all the hair in the bathroom.
