"The cabins are along the road close to a cross road so it get noisy. The general store next door was closed and closest food is quite far. On the good side the cabin was very clean and cute and a great surprise from the ouside."

"I loved the mountain hiking we could walk right up to from our porch. We got to explore the mountain without an exact trail, and it was easy to find our way back to camp. I also loved that there was a gas stove, a gas grill, charcoal grill, campfire pit with an affixed grill, and a gas fire pit...so many options for cooking and sitting by a fire to make staying out in nature easier and more relaxing. "The owner stayed after hours until I could get there because my trip was delayed. Superior service, the rooms are really well appointed with top-notch fixtures and amenities, especiallyfor a motor lodge of this vintage. Plus, they have a sauna and hot tub and other things that you just wouldn’t expect, including a great breakfast And all in this beautiful setting in the Colorado mountains. I wish every place I stayed came close to being as good as this place. If you’re traveling through this part of Colorado, you have to stay here. The Silver Ridge Lodge is top-notch."

"No issues with this stay. The beds were comfortable. The fold out couch felt like a fold out couch. As to be expected. The pillows a little hard. The hot tub very chlorinated and the pool was warm. Felt great at night. The breakfast offered was small but got the job done. The staff exceptionally friendly. Overall we felt safe and would stay here again. (Also right next door to our rafting company that was also excellent. )"
