The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. They finally sent me the code for the box that held a physical key for the door and we were able to check in. "A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived. The home was very clean a few things that cut our eye...

"We had a wonderful time visiting Cape Charles it was our first time there we were celebrating one of our kids, birthdays and just had a tremendous time not only in Cape Charles, but in the house as well. As well appointed clean close to everything and the secret of getting a golf cart to drive around made it even better Will definitely do it again next year "
