"I am extremely disappointed as I booked this property for the indoor pool and spa. When we went to use them it was locked. I called reception as they were closed and was told they don’t open it during winter. Perhaps advertise that it’s not open. I could have booked a more modern property for less than I paid for this place. Rooms are very outdated. PowerPoint in bathroom wasn’t even attached to the wall so the wires were showing. I wouldn’t stay here again"

"After reading such positive reviews it was a massive disappointment. The room was perfectly clean and the cleaners in morning were lovely but that is where the positive side ends. We were not given any check in details and arriving at 8pm with a young child had to call and wait for a text. "Carpets where stained and walls marked up property management was good but overall probably wouldnt stay again "

"Location is great and property is spacious. However, maintenance of the property needs to be improved."

"I have only good things to say about my stay and the property itself. The location was excellent for me, very close walking distance to the main shop and cafe precinct of Carnegie, and close to the railway station to the city. The check-in and check-out processes were very well documented and easy to follow and on-site secure parking was a welcome plus. The property is very modern and was very clean and well organised with respect to crockery and cutlery etc. While the property is part of a...
