"Good staff"

"Property wasn't kept up very run down rooms were not clean I could not stay there even one night left after seeing room. Pool was green and not clean. They would not refund money."

"We decided to shorten our stay due to the overall experience. Our booking was made in advance, and we had also informed the property beforehand that we would be arriving late. However, upon arrival, the hotel appeared unprepared to receive guests. The property presentation and room readiness did not meet the expected standards. We were informed that our originally booked room had an issue and were offered an alternative room described as an “upgrade.” Unfortunately, the replacement room was...

"Nice place"

"Nice hotel right by the beach. Food was excellent in the restaurant "

"We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. "The beach is beautiful. Wish that they beach chairs. Staff was helpful and friendly"

"The owners are what made my stay to be fabulous. Easy to talk to, and helpful in arranufpr tours etc. they are very chill. The food is mostly home cooked meal and even though the food is mostly western you can also get Filipino food (if she has the ingredients then she will make it). It is a very quiet and restful place because it is not right in town, which is actually not that far away (it was my daily walk tbh). I highly recommend staying at this place."

"We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund."

"It’s very clean but the sheets no comforter and I ask some and they give mickimouse blanket and it looks like personal baby blankets never again stying in that hostel ."

"We stayed for 3 days and 2 night in a Deluxe room. The pool is small and seems the water is dirty. However the staff are attentive and courteous. The cafeteria have good food choices. We had a basic Filipino breakfast. They also have common cooking area that guest can use."
