Immediately upon arriving (after a long journey) I found there to be no hot water in the shower. This was not fixed for 24hrs. I also expected the staff to be more friendly/community focused however this was not the case. I was never invited to the whatsapp group even though I requested to be added and ultimately, will never stay at a selina again. Hostels provide a much better hostel...

He did make a call and settled things and overall the staff tried to be very helpful. They had a small garage for my car and the location was convenient for walking. "The electrical outlets are old so it is hard to charge devices , it is very clean and has antique charm they made us feel safe . There is more than 2 floors and this affected us getting the room needed because I was not able to climb stairs the water had great pressure but hardly was hot at all "
