"Unfortunately due to black mold I would not recommend this place. The first room we were given was absolutely covered in mold, all down the walls and on the roof. The room smelt so damp. The one thing that was positive was the staff, they were super friendly, apologetic and helpful. They took us to another room and it was a lot better but still with a damp smell and mold in places, the bedding smelled clean but was slightly damp. We didn't have much option and it was only for one night so we...
"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "
"I stayed here for a night. The staff was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved all my issues. The views were absolutely stunning other hotels would easily charge double the price for scenery like this. Highly recommended!"
"Die Unterkunft und das Personal, haben mich wie ihr Familien Mitglied angenommen und behandelt! Ich habe mich total Pudelwohl gefühlt, sehr zu vorkommen und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch in SaPa, meine erste Anlauf stelle für die Übernachtung "
"We had a lovely stay here. Diego the owner was amazingly helpful, answering every question and helping us with anything he could. The room was nice and clean and the location was very central. We highly recommend!"
"This is a budget-friendly hotel in a very convenient city-center location, making it a practical choice if you’re mainly looking for a place to rest close to everything.
The property is a bit dated and cleanliness was average, but maintenance responded promptly when we reported a shower drain issue. Breakfast was included in our package, though it was not available during our stay, so we chose to visit a nearby café instead.
Overall, it’s a simple and affordable option best suited for...
"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...
"Dinh has a great story and is an accommodating and humorous host. The room was great, the views were spectacular! Communal dinners were warm. The town was nice and the hiking was equally as amazing."
