"Everything was excellent - just wish the rooms were more soundproof, the doors lockable and the mattress was thicker… but overall amazing location and facilities!! "

"While conveniently located, the hotel is a bit old. Also toilets are not senior citizen friendly and dangerous for old folks (need to step up/down when getting in/out). Mattresses are hard and not comfortable. "

Really liked the bathrooms and shower rooms as they were new, clean, and modern. The breakfasts came with my stay and was delicious. Staff were really nice and helpful. "My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay."

"The likes have been pointed out above. Also, staff id very curteous and polite, even though english speaking is not exactly their forté. Also the hotel and the rooms have been equiped with newer equipment. Now the cons: rooms are actualy glorified capsule hotel rooms, very cramped spaces, but what annoyed us the most was the hard bed accesible through a 8 foot ladder, not exactly an incentive for tired travelers, also ceiling is very close to the bed so be aware when moving around up there. "We loved our stay, the family room was bigger than we expected and the male and female baths were amazing. Good hot saunas in both. Super fast Wi-Fi for my partner to work and easy walking distance from the beach or the main shopping street. We would definitely stay again! "

"Centralised location to food and shopping but a little far away from the train station by foot. Only issue is this is a walk-up apartment; if you have heavy luggage, I would not recommend. "

"This place was a great value, but the beds were AWFUL. However, other rooms had different beds that were okay. We did not have tatami mats, so the extra futon felt like sleeping on a couple of beach towels. Everything else was great. Great location, cleanliness, and price. "

"Great location. Close to the market streets and the main street (Kokusai-Dori). Room was big enough for the family. Not enough hanging space in the bathroom. Nice projector although we couldn't get Netflix in english. TV was fine although facing a weird direction so we didn't really use it. Great to have microwave so we could do our own heating up of food from the markets and convenience stores. Utensils and crockery weren't clean though. So had to clean it all before we started using. ...

"The condo was quite nice, clean, quiet, though without the amenities of a hotel (like no towels). Check-in was a bit complicated for me, as the emailed instructions were translated by an app, apparently, and a little hard to read. I also thought that since it is named as being 'in Naha Airport' that it would be in the airport or at least have transport options to get to the airport, but it did not, so that got complicated. On the plus side, there was a small family mart a couple blocks away for...
