"Great place ! Excelente staff ,,, good food and presentation !!"

"Unfortunately the host was not good communicating with me. the rental had lots of issues which were never addressed and I texted the problems to the host directly unfortunately the host disregarded me completely. I wish to get a refund for the inconvenience that we had during our stay. What was supposed to be a birthday celebration was a total nightmare. The stove/ oven didn't work nore the was gas available, the shower water pressure was beyond poor and the hot water wasn't always available,...

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We arrived to the property and had to hunt someone all the way to the back of the property to be checked in. The room smelled like old, the bathrooms not property clean, spider webs on the walls. Disgusting! We were told the breakfast is served between 7:00Am to 10:00AM, we went to the breakfast room and no one was there, no employee around at all. Reception was alone all the time. We left without a proper checkout, left the key at the desk good bye!"

"Excelente lugar para disfrutar y conocer Cabrera, soy habitual quedandome en este hospedaje y nunca me ha decepcionado"

"It was our first time staying overnight here, but it was truly wonderful. The staff is amazing, the food is great, lots of nice animals around. The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. We will definitely come back again!"

"Todo super bien!! La villa super linda con piscina, buen desayuno, personal muy amable"

"Muy tranquilo y cerca de la playa "

No water in the sinks and showers OR drinking water. Again, something that should have been checked BEFORE our arrival. When we tried to use the stove, that also didn't work. Turns out there was no gas. Also the WiFi did NOT...

"BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. After confirming that I got the refund, she said 'ok so I don't owe you anything, you're on your own finding a room, I'm not going to do it'. Wasted a day of my vacation trying to find a...
