"Very comfortable stay. Special dinner each night amazing. We stayed for four nights and different dinners each night. Lots of nice little touches that made our stay more comfortable, like umbrellas in the foyer for use during the rain, and free tea, coffee and soft drink"

"It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. There was no padding on the springs. I could feel the springs. No official wifi in the hotel, but manager allowed me to access the office wifi. I would not recommend this hotel. There must be better hotels for the price."

"Good service and food except hotel elevator are not accessable directly to our rooms, need to carry your big luggages using two stairs before our rooms. No private onsen available."
