"From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were guided from the main road through the busy souk to the riad as it’s not easy to find, Moroccan tea upon check in, and a tour of the riad. Beautiful aesthetics with a rooftop where we spent our evenings. The on site Hammam and massage was a fun experience.
All the staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The oasis room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this riad and would definitely return there...
"Well the hotel is located in good area wifi works well the staff are okay, loads of food places around shops... but the room oh were do i start? Horrible room dirty looked like the rooms are not getting cleaned daily smells funny no TV I have no words how the owner can sleep at night fully knowing his hotel is so messed up? Poor interior so much dust everywhere i just don't know what else to say VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!"
"Our one-night stay at Mia Agafay Resort was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean and provided spectacular views of the desert and the food was high quality. The only minor issue was that the waiting staff weren't as attentive as I would have liked, but it didn't detract from the amazing time we had."
"A beautiful property giving us the true riad stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and our room was spotless. It also had a lovely plunge pool which was very refreshing. The riad was very convenient to shopping and sights. It did have aircon but we found it wasnt cool enough as it was really hot. We would definitely recommend Riad Zayne Atlas.
Thank you Donna and Sue"
"I think you get what you pay for. Summer is definitely not a good time to stay here. No fans no AC in the rooms. Very close to all tourist attractions. Ghazi was extremely helpful and did his best to provide comfortable stay. Common bathrooms toilets for each floor with 5 rooms."
"This hotel does not exsist! Do not book there. They use the pictures of a hotel named Hotel Larbi and the name of a hotel 20 km outside the medina area. And if you call them they dont pick up. Dont book there pleasr expedia remove this hotel. Luckily i got my money back"
"Our room was okey but not clean, only thing inside the room was two bag of tea and 2 bottle of water. In the evening we saw they enter our tent without permission, its not housekeeping or anything. Why? At dinner we had our meat really raw, which we wanted medium rare and we wanted to recook it but until they saw us in our table it was 15 min passed anyway, the rest was cold. In the breakfast, chairs even was really dirty. We did not enjoy it. All camp area is full of kittens, Cats and dogs...
"Wonderful, great location, young front desk beveled I think moaned was wonderful. He also helped me keep medicine safe while I took a tour and was such a great help."
"The staff are all so lovely and helpful if you need anything. The rooms were amazing. Finding the front door is quite a maze but well worth it when you get there. I really enjoyed and would recommend staying here"
