"The check in experience was terrible. We had trouble using the fob in the elevator. Even though it was the same fob that got us inside the building. We had misunderstood the actual address of the property - we went to 254, but the actual address was 258. This was exacerbated by the fact that the fob got us in the building. It was assumed that we would arrive by car - which would have brought us to the correct number. However we arrived by foot. The third party that this was outsourced to...

"The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience."

"The property manager did not contact me with the instructions to get access to the apartment. I was left with a 3-night booking, from 23rd - 26th March 2026, that could not be honoured. Then on 30th March I received an email advising the property would not be available on the dates I booked, due to "operational issues". As an unreliable service, I would never recommend this property."

"New and clean one bedder unit idealy located close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Could not get a better location. But be warned extensive civil works going on very nearby which will interfer greatly with getting around and google maps directions. These works are not the fault of this accomodation and should not detract from the unit itself, but must be mentioned. These construction works are meant to continue for up to two more years."

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."
