"The rooms were ok on cleanliness but the whole weekend they never freshened up our room. I don’t see a sign saying we had to ask. The whole hotel smells of dog and air fresher. My allergies went nuts. The night staff were friendly and helpful as much as she could be. The morning staff was cold and dismissive. The breakfast was fine. Your basic eggs, meat and waffles and other little things. The bed is the only take away from this visit. It was very comfortable but small."

"Upon arrival I thought our room did not have carpet which I was disappointed to learn it did. When I booked it showed a room with no carpet. The shower was not very clean, the carpet was dirty with old peanuts on the floor as well. Our door lock broke 2 days into our trip. The staff immediately moved us to a better room with no carpet which was much cleaner but we had issues with the toilet not flushing and the shower was either scalding hot or too cold.
