"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. "Super friendly staff and perfect facilities and amenities. Onsen baths are extremely nice and the private bath on the 5th floor of the annex building has an unbeatable view. Meals were excellent and had many many courses, although occasionally some of the raw seafood dishes could have tasted a little fresher"
