"Restaurant was reasonably priced and good. System was well-organized; staff was friendly; and there is a playground next door. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast since needing to leave early.
The beds were rather firm. And the bathroom door gives a truly cultural experience to family-style (clear on bottom and does not completely separate the rooms but is sufficient). Otherwise, it is perfect and would be 5 stars."
"It was a dream to stay here. The staff was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was fabulous and the dinners were so good we never went anywhere else! I love that we could hear the cowbells in the distance.
I hope to come back someday!"
"Nice and next to the lake. Loved the place and it’s very calm. If you are looking for a fancy place. It’s not for you. This is for travelers who can just stop by relax and move on. Nice village vibe. Loved it"
"This is our second time staying here. It’s a good location if you’re traveling by train or car. The Check-In is much different than our stay 3 years ago. No one is on staff for check-in and the QR code process is a little awkward but we figured it out. There was an older couple that accidentally booked the incorrect dates for their trip and were “kicked out” of their room on what they thought was their 3rd night. They’d been gone all day doing tourist stuff, came back to the hotel at 20:30 to...
"No one is at the property. Make sure your cell phone is working and you know how to check in on line. The key is in a box. Once everything is complete, you get a box number and a combination code. Our phones did not have Switzerland included. It took us over an hour to figure out how to check in. The breakfast is not great, just bread and cereal. The road leading up to the hotel is made more for one car, not a car going in the other direction. There are hairpin turns and only a few lights. I...
