"Great location right in the heart of Katoomba shopping and restaurant district. Easy walk from train station. Buses to echo point are a 2 min short walk away. You can also walk to echo point (30mins). YHA rooms are clean. Building and facilities are a little dated and could do with a upgrade. "

"this room worked pretty well for me. the building is a huge building, and appears to be an old (1950s?) boarding house - if you have any interest in architecture you will like its characteristics. the room did not have its own en-suite, but the shared toilets and showers were ok. every other room started at double the cost! the manager was Ron, and he was helpful."

"Staff are friendly & accommodating. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking in provisions. As there were no coffee cups, no tea towel or hand towel, no soap or shampoo for shower. Improvisation was key for this stay."

"Tully's Hut is an excellent place to stay. The house is really cute and Leah has put a lot of effort into making it feel really comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all sort of items. The outdoor area was lovely, even though we didn't get to use it much as it was so windy. It is about a 25 min walk to Wentworth Falls itself but an easy walk. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely place. Would stay again."

"a room in a private house. Up a narrow spiral staircase. The room contained a bed &1 bedside table. No chairs or table no television or telephone. The “private” bathroom was downstairs. No tub. The walls were messy with dirty marks on the ceiling walls & doors. The owner tried to convert my husband to his religion while he was eating his breakfast. I do not understand how this property could be listed on your platform as anything other than a room in a private residence. On their website the...

"Fabulous view of the 3 sisters. This cottage would be great if you were letting you friends and relatives stay in it ,but it is not up to the standard required for paying guests . It reminded of Youth hostels I stayed in the 1980's. The sheets had stains on them,they were old and worn ,only 2 towels were provided in the bottom of a smelly old wardrobe for 4 people .The small electrical heater did not work . One of the rooms had inadequate window coverings (lace curtain) ,Tea towel left hanging...
