"The owner was very kind. There was no kettle or spoon in the room, but when I asked, they lent me some. The room was fully heated, so it was comfortable even when it got cold at night. He offered an accomodation for the night asking me to cancel the reservation and that he would call once he had found that accomodation. We didn't get any call so we had to find ourselves another...
