"Amazing value for an ocean view room just across the street from the beach. The hotel has no front desk on site and cleaning is an extra fee. It might not be the best option for people who are staying longer or have difficulty using smartphones. When I booked through Expedia, I needed to contact the hotel via their mobile front desk (chat) to get the passcode email for check-in. Besides that initial hiccup and slow Wi-Fi, I enjoyed my stay here."

"The front desk staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. The property is near Busan Station which makes it easy to get around on the train, subway and bus transportation systems. At first I thought the hotel was in an industrial area because it was next to a car repair shop and train tracks. Surprisingly just a block away is the train station and across the street from Chinatown with lots of places to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean. One oddity is that the water closet is separate...

"The room was huge it was fabulous, it was clean, the hotel offered Netflix and plenty of room for bags and dressing area. I personally didn't like the wet room, there was no escaping the wet floor for several hours after using the shower. But understand this is a personal preference."

"We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite with 2 bedrooms, large living room and a breakfast area at very reasonable price. Very nice room, clean and very good location. Centum City shopping mall which houses Lotte and Shinsaegae department stores, Spaland Korean Spa place are right around the corner. We love our stay there. "

"The hotel had a great view! The room was very organized, however, the bathroom had mold on the corner walls. The room smells like kimchi through the vents in the middle of the night, two nights in a row. Lastly, someone sounded like moving furniture’s late at night and or early mornings. "

"Due to the number of guests, there should be additional cleaning done in the shared areas. For example, the bins in the ladies are often overflowing by midday. Location is amazing. The reception staff always try to be helpful. Facilities wise, they need to provide coin operated laundry. This is very much needed. "

"The manager was super nice. They provide free light food all day such as egg fry, bread-butter, coffee, and Jam. You have to prepare for yourself. nighttime was very noisy, hearing voices from the lobby and outside. Good if you want to stay near Busan station."

"The instructions for finding tower b was confusing but i was able to contact someone to help which was good. Really close to Busan stn which was excellent. There were some kitchen amenities but no cutlery. "
