"Ok room for one night. Mid October with 4 degree outside temperature but no heating on. No instructions on heating but seems to be centrally controlled. No thermostat in room. Towel rail switched on and radiator thermostat up to max but still no heating. Very cold. Did not sleep properly. Irritating green safety light in ceiling also kept me awake.

"I checked out early from the property after just one night stay. Bathroom mouldy, room smelt of curry which became even stronger throughout the night, room was small and the single bed was too with dirty sheets. Could not even fit the iron and ironing board in the room. Asked for a second towel to be told no. Unsafe area and reallly run down. Dont stay"

"Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card."
"We had a lovely warm welcome from our lovely host who was so helpful and made us feel at home . It is a cosy , peaceful ,homely place with good vibrations . It was great to have the use of a shared kitchen, to cook a meal anytime! We helped ourselves to a continental breakfast and enjoyed the peaceful dining area overlooking the Tor! Next door is the comfy crystal room which was so very relaxing and rejuvenating. We were unsure about the shared bathrooms but no problem they were always free...
"Lovely house. Clean neat & tidy. Outside wood burning hot tub a real winner. Bedrooms are all a good size and en-suite. lovely lounge, large kitchen and separate dining room. Close to amenities and bars. Good take away curry just 250 yards up the road."
"Host not present in arrival, needed to phone to get access to property. Room good with comfortable bed. On suite had half height shower cubicle. Shower head needed cleaning and also no waste bin in ensure.

"The yurt itself was amazing, beautiful and very clean with the added charm of your own private hot tub and fire pit, the downside for us was the private toilet/ shower was situated away from the yurt and at night no lighting & very dark the torch provided sadly didnt work. The communal kitchen are was beautiful however the induction hob didn’t work, a Pyrex oven dish that was filthy with caked on food, a couple of dirty pan and pan cupboard that needed cleaning, otherwise to a high spec finish....
