"We had a great stay here"

"The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breakfast was very good. Very nice hotel overall."

"Bathrooms cold use updating."

"Beds were very uncomfortable, extremely lumpy. Location run down, needs maintanance and updates/repairs, carpet needs replacing. Hotel had a odor in the lobby and in room. I'd go down the street to another loaction. Employees nice."

"Great scenery, quiet, lovely stay."

"Great location for Bathhouse Row and nice clean room, unfortunately a view staring out at an a/c unit and rock ledge with many windows facing ours. Felt like a fishbowl and had to keep blinds down so room was dark. Nice hotel, but we didn’t love our room and couldn’t change since booked thru Expedia apparently. Get a city view room if you can. Otherwise happy with our stay"

"My mini fridge has someone else's leftovers. There was hair on the shower wall. Staff tried to enter my room in middle of day while I was there unannounced. I get what I paid for. Next time I'll use a real, reputable hotel and just pay extra."

"The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. Peggy was especially helpful and friendly while enjoying our breakfast."

"Peaceful, secluded, and beautiful view. I have high standards for cleanliness, and this met my expectations. The host responded to messages quickly, and offered an early check-in if we needed it. We were in town to visit a friend, and she was kind enough to let them come over to make s'mores with us at the fire pit. Logs were provided, but the lighter was missing the cartridge. May want to bring your own matches, to be safe."

"No breakfast, air conditioner face plate came off, tv remote didn’t work correctly, & the microwave was unplugged. Room 119"
