"The condo is 5/5. The property management company and check in process is 0/5. Loved the condo. Clean. close to the lift. Was able to go back to the condo for lunch and get right back on the slopes. Clean and well-maintained.The condo is managed by a large property management company. I was told check in was 4 pm and I would be contacted when the condo was ready. At 3:58 pm, I had not heard a peep and called. I finally received a text at 402 pm that we could check in. So, to be clear. ...

"This property was very well equipped. Everything in the kitchen you would need, including a crockpot. Very quite, great location, definitely within easy walking distance to Mountain House. Garage parking. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Complex is a bit run down there was a pile of tile and a 5 gallon bucket of paint when you walked in the door it was very noisy as people were talking loud in the hallway it was not a skiing and ski out the lift was about a quarter mile away it was clean the check-in was pretty easy as well"

"Out stay was from June 13-June 16. We checked in a little after 430pm. We ended in the ER because my 7 year old couldn’t breathe. He needed oxygen and ended up checking out at 11pm same nights (and that’s because we got discharged a little before that). I tried to get a refund for the unused nights and hotels couldn’t do anything because they denied refund. They gave me a credit but it didn’t even include the taxes I paid. "5975 at hidden River Lodge was fantastic! They could do a couple things a little better really just a remote controls on the TVs and the fireplace we loved it. We will return again."

"We had a great time at Keystone! This lodge was so cute. Perfect location for us. It was within walking distance to the Peru gondola, but was removed from the busy village. We would definitely stay here again!"

"You could see the Peru lift from the window of the cabin. Its probably 30 steps to the bunny slope and 10 steps from the hot tubs. Absolutely great location. It was the perfect accommodation for my family and we would love to stay there again in the future "
