"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem mit meinem Gepäck hochbringen ins Zimmer.
Die Lage war sehr gut und der kurze Fußweg zum Bahnhof mega."
"Costa was very welcoming with information before arrival then when arriving early with check in and letting us drop our bags in our rooms when we arrived early and more than helpful with our parking. Rooms were lovely, big and modern with all amenities, would definately return if visiting Oxford again. Thank you Costa"
"Poorly maintained ripped carpets to stairways poorly maintained rooms Restaurant closed apparently for maintenance so breakfast is in a little room just off reception not enough places to sit so went out for breakfast due to these issues so cant comment on the standard of food on offer."
"Never I have I booked a hotel that doesn't have breakfast available, no staff even on duty until midday. We had to walk nearly 2 miles to a local shop just to buy breakfast things. Nowhere in any of the details of the hotel booking process does it say they dot serve breakfast. They should explicitly say there is no...
"Just got back from a 2 night stay. Absolutely charming place to stay staff were so friendly and helpful. So close to the Center just a brief stroll down the lane would definitely come back to stay again. The dog loved it too"
"A great option for a quick 1-night stay in central Oxford. My top floor room was clean and comfortable, with a new TV, fan, kettle, water and biscuits. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, with a warm shower and towels/toiletries provided. No complaints at all - some of the reviews seem a little unfair.
I appreciate it probably gets quite hot in summer, and there was a minor smell in the ground floor entrance hall, but otherwise all was OK. Very fast check-in which was appreciated given I was...
"I liked the quirky design and the good location
But as a solo woman traveller I did not like that there was no staff on site .
It seems they are only there when the bar is open Wednesday to Saturday night
Also the WiFi was terrible
Even the TV did not work, just kept buffering"
"Friendly helpful staff, good value, no aircon but room fan provided. Good breakfast although not included in the price. I managed to leave my IPad behind but they messaged me soon after I left."
"Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips."
