"staff were helpful during checkin and very nice to be able to park in a secure area. sncf station is not far and there are plenty of dining options around. promenanade is walkable as well. rooms were clean, comfortable. there is a balcony from the room breakfast was nice. baguette, croissant, juice, apple, coffee/tea. breakfast is served rather than a buffet. good deal overall and might stay longer next time"

"I don’t even have words to describe this owner and place. Do not stay. He tried to charge more than stated on hotels, saying our dog looked heavier than his own so we had to pay €10 per night instead of €5. The whole process was a nightmare, and he ignored us when we arrived to finish polishing cutlery, not very professional, and then said he couldn’t find our booking. Lovely character hotel
"We had a lovely 2-night stay here in this character property conveniently tucked away from a main road. We had a comfortable triple room and what we really liked about the set-up was there was a small wall divider, so compartmentalising the room in some way; it was also useful to have a small fridge and the a/c was very welcome too. The pool was excellent with lots of comfortable sun loungers and all in a very pleasant garden setting. Lovely and peaceful at all times. The hosts offer a very warm welcome and are extremely accommodating, especially as there are no restaurant facilities. They were happy for us to picnic in the garden - there's an excellent supermarket opposite. You do need transport if you want to go to the old village of Mougins - it's not walkable. We did manage to get an uber taxi for one of the evenings which was approx 15E each way; it's a good 10/15-minute drive depending on traffic. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Highly recommended!"
