"As expected and per the listing and photos. Close to the train station, restaurants, grocery stores etc. There is a communal kitchen which we did not use but was cleanish with some dishes and shared fridge. You could reheat food but don't expect to make a meal. We had a private double room that was relatively clean and would stay again. The cafe on site was closed for renovations although the listing did not offer any indication that it was closed."

"The apartment itself was clean and well-presented. It can be a bit noisy at night due to street traffic. I do think this might be because of the hot weather. We were hearing emergency vehicles non-stop day and night. Perfectly located within easy walking distance of the city centre. This was my extended stay at this apartment. I originally stayed with my family in the first apartment, then I chose to stay by myself for 3 more nights."

"I cannot fault the property. The initial instructions to get in were a bit challenging and the first code provided didn’t work but once we contacted the reception they immediately issued a new one. The property whilst small used space well and was modern with all amenities we needed. Both beds are on a mezzanine which we knew when booking and this worked well for us. "The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. "Perfectly sized, modern apartment, with clever layout of beds on a mezzanine. Nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Nice plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery. Washing machine machine and dish washer with tablets were also there. Everything was clean and it felt welcoming. The location was great too with short walk to main attractions. We were two adults and two children aged 11 and 14. Only downside was the first day and night it was extremely hot. It had been 31 degrees celsius outside and the room was very hot. Especially the mezzanine where the beds were was hot. We had all windows open and had the fan on that was provided, but it didn’t help. The property could do with fans on the mezzanine, perhaps bladeless quiet ones. Our second night, when there had been a thunderstorm and the weather had cooled down, the apartment was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brno. In particular our kids absolutely loved it and were sad to leave."
