"When we tried to leave at 3;00 AM to catch our flight, I did not have the code with me to open the front gate of the parking lot. i assumed it would be automatic on the way out, and the code would only be needed on the way into the parking lot. We spent 25 minutes frantically trying to open the gate until we realized there was an emergency number posted on the front door of the hotel. The front door had locked behind us and prevented us from re-entering to retrieve the card with the code on it...

"We stayed in this hotel during a long road trip. It is an affordable, clean an pretty decent place to spend the night. Front desk personnel are very kind and speak fluent English. Nobody speaks English in the restaurant and people are not that friendly. Breakfast is very basic, but acceptable for a continental breakfast. "

The man at night and the woman in the morning were fine and everything worked in the hotel. I was driving and it is not walking distance to anything I could find, but very adequate. "I am travelling on my own on a self supported velo tour and I loved this hotel and had pre booked and stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very welcoming, the room was great with a fantastic shower and there was a secure velo/bike garage with water available for washing the velo/bike."

"Advertising the hotel as pet-friendly and sneaking in a 15,90 EUR extra fee per night afterwards is outrageous. Total nightly fee of EUR 90 EUR for a quick driving pit stop is very poor value compared to other road hotels in France and Italy within a day's drive, which were both cheaper and much nicer (room, beds, bathrooms, surrounding areas...) The area was mediocre, the hotel is in a 'food/restaurant desert', the doors could only be closed by slamming them which meant overnight each time...
