"The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we...

"The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed."

One towel total. We went to the lobby to ask for more. They went on the back. Came back out 5 minutes later and asked again how many towels? Went to the back and grabbed 5 towels and handed to us. (What are they doing the first time?) No hair dryer. Signs of forced entry on the balcony...of the 4th floor. No...

"Breakfast was very good. There was no guide in the room which told the guest about certain amenities. I had to call the main desk to find out whether breakfast was included, and what the hours were... Finding channels on the tv was by trial and error, silce there was no channel listing.."

Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!"
