"I was there after Labor Day so the hotel was very quiet. I loved the close walk to the beach, including the private path that you could take instead of the street. Staff was nice and accommodating. No breakfast served, only snacks and drinks. I had a kitchenette in my room so that wasn’t a problem. There was a play area for kids and frisbee golf. All in all it was a very nice place to stay in Westport!"

"The office is always locked and unstaffed but they do answer when you ring the bell. Our room was recently updated but still had a few flaws none of which impeded our stay. One of the window screens was torn so we didnt want to open the window and possibly let in flies or bugs. The other window did open so that was good however nothing more than a plastic clip type holder to stop the window so while we were out we didnt feel it would be safe to leave the window open, we were on the ground floor....

"We were a group of 4 young women. We had a pleasant one-night stay, but my greatest compliment will be to the staff, and their honesty! An hour after we cehcked out and left I received a call from the place saying they found a wallet in our room - that belonged to one of us girls. We didn't want to miss our day trip, so we went back at night to get the wallet, and they kept it safe. Thank you again!"

"When we got to the property we were a little worried. I like to stay at places that are a step up from my own home. I definitely did not get a good vibe. The cabins were inhabited by people who actually live there-that was obvious. We took the long road to the isolated ocean front building and the parking lot was empty. I have seen this is horror movies where you were running for your life in the middle of the night! This was a last minute weekend get away where we wanted to stay in Ocean Shores...

"Three of the four times I've stayed here this year, the floors have all been re-done. The other was the old carpet which has to go. Check in at the kiosk is easy. Access to the room is easy. Beds are comfy, the place is clean. It has a small refer with freezer space which is real nice for the ice packs. Microwave for convenience. Price is right as is the location."

"The Mariner’s Cove was better than I had expected as the room was plenty big as well as the double sink bathroom. The shower and sink basin drains worked.
