The hotel is right in the shopping and dining district, and there are multiple streets and sights to explore. "Being at the top of the hill meant walking most places was down hill. Still some places to walk up mainly to the larger piazzia. Great dining around the hotel both for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful older state house with large open area overlooking Perugia. Would stay here again"

"Basic, functional, and really great room, on the small size but with a high ceiling and a sense of space and airiness. The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. Lots of space, great lighting, very comfortable, although priced well above what it is worth, presumably due to the season. "

"We stayed at this location for one night located a few miles outside of town. The bedroom was very simple but clean, came with a firm bed and two flat pillows (this is probably one thing they can invest in) and no mini fridge. There was a balcony with two chairs and a great view. Montepulciano is a beautiful town and is worth to visit. We had the breakfast included where you can chose from a menu the night before. The breakfast was great with tables that had enough space between the customers....

"Unfortunately Expedia fouled up our booking so when we arrived there was no room for us. It appears this is not the first time it had happened and the hotel manager were very embarrassed. However, the hotel manager was marvellous, he found and booked us into another hotel, about five miles away, which turned out to be excellent. We returned to Oasis the next day for lunch and had a superb meal."

We therefore had NO accommodation for a Saturday night in a tourist town! The Hotel told us they have NO dealings with Expedia.
