"The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who likes to travel on foot, a short downhill walk from the train station and an even shorter walk of two blocks to the lake, excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and free passes for public transportation. This was very helpful for taking the cable car uphill to the train station"
"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing — overlooking the lake. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a wonderful experience.
The only downside was that the hotel does not have an elevator. We were given a room on the top floor, and carrying our suitcases up the stairs was quite difficult.
Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this...
"What a gem of a place! It's run by two folks who clearly put a lot of care, attention, and hospitality knowledge into the experience. I loved the location which was across from a bus stop that runs right into town, next to a grocery store, and within short walking distance of the lovely Ascona waterfront. It was also a good location for morning runs. The breakfast was good and while I didn't try the restaurant, it had lively crowds and the food looked delicious. Highly recommend!"

"This is our second stay at this B&B. The rooms are very delicate, cleaning is perfect and the hospitality is even more than you could wish for. The location gives a scenery with old houses and narrow roads, making you go back in history, but feeling you participate in the locals daily life, coming really close to the people and atmosphere there. If you like hiking this a perfect place to stay, too. Anyway, you can use the local bus. As for us, we have been here before, and we will surely plan to...
"The hotel was in an excellent location with a beautiful lake view with a balcony where you can enjoy having breakfast or.. staff were truly amazing, nice, kind and helpful. We will love to stay there again. But, there is a steep where you need to walk up to the hotel or you can take taxi.
