"A pesar de tener reserva desde hacía 2 meses, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que habían tenido muchas reservas y que no podían ofrecernos una habitación mejor. El desayuno muy básico y sin variedad. No tiene ascensor."

"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear outdoor space, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photos. Basically a dormitory-style place for young skiiers and not much else."

"We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed and for some reason we were not allowed to use the indoor pool. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."
