"We had a wonderful stay and the service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of everything with care and attention. A special mention also goes to Oscar and Alejandro at the bar “La Biblioteca.” They provided excellent service and prepared drinks of outstanding quality. "The hotel is situated in a good area with amenities were at walking distances, and the Sanctuary was not far either. Our stay there was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would be more enjoyable for us if we had at least a kettle in the room for tea which unfortunately no room was equipped with. But overall this did not spoil our stay there as we enjoyed it and might be back in the near future."

"Muy buen personal amable y servicial."
