"The room was on the back facing a busy road that was very noisy. I feel like the management was not prepared for a full hotel. There was not enough staff in the dining area to keep up. Food and coffee were always out at breakfast, no towels in the pool area, and garbages were full. The front desk people were very kind, and tried to be helpful."

"The staff at this hotel is amazing! The faucet in our room literally exploded spraying a geyser of water all over the bathroom & our personal items as well. The staff came quickly, they were extremely apologetic, & moved us to a new room that was right next to our previous room. "

"The week that we were in Helena, the cost of hotels was crazy. We stayed here for $150 a night, the first night. The general manager discounted it because we showed up 2 o’clock in the morning. Extremely friendly general manager, feel bad for him however because he’s been working 24 seven since they’ve been shortstaffed. The bedding was very dirty in our room, but the general manager clean it out with brand new within 10 minutes of the request. Some lingering marijuana smells in the hallways...

"It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep. The staff we did meet were very friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed our free beverage on the patio at check in. We were disappointed that there was no food left but yogurt and apples in the morning, long before...
